knit happens

I'm a college student sent home for the semester. I knit a lot (it's good for managing stress, if anyone's looking for a hobby I recommend it) and in high school I amassed a lot of yarn that I usually leave at home bc my dorm room is small. Well, my mom got a new hobby to manage the quarantine stress, and it's making pom poms, usually with the prettiest yarns I have. Making pom poms goes through a lot of yarn very fast and makes it entirely unusable for other projects. I am prone to arguing with my family but we've all gotta live here and I'm trying not to start shit, and I don't want to kill her new hobby bc we all need to handle stress and boredom somehow, but I'm currently hiding on the back porch so I don't have a meltdown at her cutting up all my nice yarn into stupid decorations I can't even look at without getting angry. God help us all get out of this fast.
