I have been really struggling with my mental health during this quarantine and despite my best efforts, my anxiety is getting out of hand. The other day I started to have a panic attack while lying in the couch with my boyfriend. So there I am struggling to breathe feeling like I’m going to die and my boyfriends is searching for something under the blanket, he grabs my feet and starts gently stroking the bottom of it, like if he is tickling my foot. I have no idea what he is doing but admittedly it is distracting me... so when I have calmed down enough I asked what the fuck was that. He looked so proud when he said he had done his research and discovered that there is a tension point in your foot that can be used to calm down pain and tension... I didn’t have the heart to tell him you are supposed to press it not stoke it
